You may request deletion of eligible personal information associated with KZ Unified Inbox, website chat, Facebook Messenger, or another supported customer-messaging channel.

1. Include enough information to locate your data

• Your name or social-media display name.
• The Facebook Page, website chat, or other channel you used.
• The approximate date of the conversation.
• A clear statement that you want your personal information deleted.

2. Identity verification

To protect customer information, we may request reasonable information to verify that the request relates to you before deleting data.

3. What happens after verification

We will review the request and delete or anonymize eligible personal information from active systems. Some information may be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
