Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of KZ Unified Inbox, a web-based customer messaging service operated by KZ Crafty Printing Services.

1. Service purpose

KZ Unified Inbox is designed to help authorized business users receive, organize, and respond to supported customer conversations from a central workspace. Available channels and features may depend on the business's configured integrations.

2. Authorized access

You may use the service only if you are authorized by the relevant business. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, using your own account, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

3. Connected business assets

A business must own, manage, or otherwise have valid authority to connect any Facebook Page or other communication asset used with KZ Unified Inbox. You may not connect an asset or access customer communications without proper authorization.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use KZ Unified Inbox to:

• access, intercept, or use communications without authorization;
• send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or prohibited content;
• circumvent platform rules, security controls, rate limits, or access restrictions;
• sell or improperly disclose customer or Platform Data; or
• use the service in a way that violates applicable law or the rules of a connected platform.

5. Meta and third-party platforms

Some functions depend on third-party services such as Meta. Use of those integrations may also be subject to the third party's terms, policies, technical limitations, availability, and permissions. KZ Unified Inbox does not control third-party service interruptions or policy changes.

6. Data and privacy

Our handling of personal information and Meta Platform Data is described in the Privacy Policy. Meta Platform Data is used only to provide, secure, and troubleshoot the connected messaging functionality and for lawful recordkeeping where applicable.

7. Security responsibilities

Businesses should grant access only to personnel who require it, remove access when it is no longer needed, use strong passwords, and follow reasonable security practices. We may suspend an account or integration when necessary to protect the service, its users, customer information, or connected platforms.

8. Availability and changes

We may maintain, modify, add, or remove features as the service evolves. We aim to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

9. Account suspension or termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for unauthorized use, security risk, violation of these Terms, legal requirements, or misuse of connected platform data.

10. Disclaimer and limitation

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. KZ Crafty Printing Services is not responsible for losses caused solely by third-party platform outages, unauthorized use of a user's credentials, or conduct outside our reasonable control.
